Ownership structure
 Nzi Investments (Pty) Ltd (wholly black owned) purchased a
significant stake in Select Online in July 2006, making Select
Online one of the few credit management companies who comply with
BEE regulations in this regard.
Sithembiso Nzimande, executive chairman of Nzi Investments, has
taken his place on the Select Online board as an executive director
with a specific portfolio to build on the solid foundation of the
company by significantly growing their market share.
Staff
Select Online's staff complement comprises 90% female employees, a
significant proportion falling into the previously disadvantaged
category. In addition, we actively recruit physically disabled
employees and are committed to the process of training and
upliftment for all previously disadvantaged individuals.
