Debt recovery can be legally complex, and trying to manage the process without expert guidance could result in trouble. Yet obtaining legal advice is costly. As a Select Online client, you’ll have access to legal advice whenever you feel you need it – and it won’t cost a thing. Select Online retains in-house senior legal expertise, and we are happy to make that expertise available to our client partners. We are experts regarding the provisions of the National Credit Act and will ensure that your credit application form conforms to the requirements of the Act. Simply send us a copy when you begin your business relationship with us. If we feel it is necessary and on your approval, our legal division undertakes action with respect to collections on a disbursements-only basis. This means that Select Online charges no legal fees. Our client would be responsible for covering only the costs of disbursements (such as Sheriff’s charges, and revenue stamps, etc) which cannot be recovered from the debtor. As we see it, our legal service is all part of Select Online’s policy of superior service delivery. |
